The host was warm and cute at arrival. Location was perfect as well. St Peter Basilica was within walking distance.
The room was too small, it was a real squeeze. there was far too much noise coming from both outside and inside. The included breakfast was disappointing, it was a huge letdown.

The breakfast was a letdown with very few options (i was really looking forward to a good spread). the rooftop deck was not as advertised. i was quite disappointed that this information wasn't shared beforehand.

the room had great toiletries like cotton swabs and nail file. the staff were kind, i felt very welcomed. the location is excellent, i could walk to many attractions and it was only a short taxi ride from the airport.
the room keys felt a bit bulky.

the staff arranged a gift in the room for a special occasion (it was much appreciated). our room included a small balcony overlooking the square. the location is great for walking to most sites.
there was no shelf to put your toiletries in the bathroom. even when you used the provided soap, there was nowhere around the sink to leave it due to the sink's design. i found this slightly inconvenient.
